Lee CHAISSON

2-year candidate
For over 37 years, Lee has been an experienced regional and cross country truck driver with nationally and internationally respected companies. In addition to driving, he was part of recruitment, dispatching, safety education and training, and accident counseling. Lee was a volunteer firefighter with Foothills Fire and Rescue for 6+ years and retains his certifications. He is fortunate to have been a part of the amazing Lookout Mountain community for the last 17 years and resides with his 2 teenage children, his wonderful partner and her daughter.

Good day to all—
Having positive and meaningful goals is the focus of my interest in being a board member. These goals include:

Working toward helping to provide the very best training, equipment and overall preparedness for our great volunteer and paid Fire Department.

Being a team member participating in a 'check and balance' role to create a truthful, attainable and practical 20+ year long range growth plan with community transparency.

My commitment to continue FFR's history of debt-free operation with financial stewardship without raising taxes.
